Blarg.... wet cold unmotivated and stupidly accepting to do double shifts at work.

Been a while! I've been working too much and cracking the sad's too much to update!

2 Days ago I was ready to give up weight watcher, had decided that I was feed up to the teeth with it, I've kept my steps up, done additional exercise, been eating according to my plan yet continue to gain weight. I've also been working an insane amount so was sacrficing sleep to go to the gym (gym after a 9 and a half hour nightshift was not easy) Still nothing.

But what really broke the camels back, going to a meeting to hear some old bird who doesnt work, doesn't have grandchilren to care for or do anything much, turn around a say i must be lying because the program is garenteed if im following it properly. How about you have a crack at 9 nightshifts in a row and see how you feel you cranky old bitch. I was not impressed, but neither was she when i informed her i work in aged care and asked if she'd like an application for resedency.

So anyways, had myself a good oldfasioned soak in the bath and had a good think. I do really want this to happen, and i KNOW i'll feel better for it. So therefor I have a brand spanking new set of goals. (Total km from last goal 130)

1,500 steps per day
Gym 3 times per week
Planning meals for ALL day, not just dinnertime
Drink 1.25 lires of water per day (I spent 3 weeks with 2l perday but have felt bloated and sick therefor 1.25 is reasonable enough)

I have also promised myself some rewards,
5kg - New bathers for my queensland holiday in October.
10% - Taking 1 week off work entirly.... and spending the time doing whatever i like!

Are they good rewards? I was going to say 10% buying the green dress from myer i feel inlove with but i dont want to spend $120 on a dress im likly to grow out off :(
