Planning...
Upon having far to much time on my hands and the whole everyones asleep because im in nightshift mode thing going on i have been tinkering with the Weight watchers site to try and continue the positive results i've had thus far.
This weeks focus, exercise....
Now I should be looking at the moderate activator plan, according to the site which through my reading should span over 6 weeks. i've decided to start today Thurs 22nd of june so should end on Thursday the 3rd of August.
Ok now lets be realistic, I'm working night shifts! my gym is open from 6am till 9pm so may not be the most appropriate thing, therefore other methods must be looked at,
*Fitness DVD's... I have 3, time to get cracking
*Walking... either straight moderate pace, or intervals, this is achevable if i find time to use Kaseys treadmill while she's at work.
For other times appropriate exercises include
*Swimming laps
*clubbing/dancing
*exercise bike intervals (gym needed)
*group exercise classes (Im thinking combat, pump, step classes?)
Challenge being to begin at 100 minutes of additional movment per week and increasing each week by 5-10 minutes for the 6 week block.
example, week 1 100 minutes, week 2 110 minutes and so on
Finally as a personal addition to achive at least 8500 steps per day, not including the above exercise.
