Crappy day

I spent the begining of the day at the doctors *BLAH* to get my implant removed, It took forever! and now my arm aches :( THEN i had to go and have blood tests to test my rubbella and hepatitis levels... For some insane reaon my doctor is convinced that because i didn't want a new implant I must be planning to have babies... I'm taking other measures... bastards.

The middle of my dad wasn't too bad, went shopping and bought yet more cooking paraphanlia, I think i have a problem!

I'm also mass producing food for this candle party im having tomorrow. So far i've mad biscuits, a chocolate and cream slice, some muffins, Vegtable soup and chilli con carne. (the latter are for frezzing so I dont have to worry next week) Still too make caramel slice and cheesecake. Does the cooking stuff make sense yet?

I would LOVE to go to the gym in the morning but we'll see how that goes...

A gain and a surprise!

I put on 0.1 this week, bummer eh? sould have a lot to do with my compleate lack of motivation last week and a few too many mcdonalds breakfasts... the damage could have been a whole lot worse.
Anyways on the up I did spent 2 hours at the gym this morning so thats always a good start. I'll go back tomorrow and try and do a class on Friday after work.

I did however take my measurements...

4.2com off my neck
3 cm off my arm
6.5 cm from my chest
1cm from my waist
0.5cm from my hips
3cm from my upper leg
2.5cm off my calf

Thats a total of 20.7 centimetres .... fucken eh!

Curious however about the fact that none of those cm's have moved off my waist and hips? How does that work... *grumble*

Im also taking part in a water challenge, 2 litres per day... not including coke, coffee, white tea, OUCH! So its water, herbal tea and juice.... interesting

Another challenge (been spending to much time on the boards) is to do 200km of walking riding or swimming within a month. Currently ive done 13km.... I think im in trouble with this challenge. Unless i count my perdometre results, but that would be cheating... would it?
