So much for time off

After my rather interesting choice of quitting my job on saturday it took until tuesday for me to become increasinly paraniod about money and do the resume run within a 2km radius. Fun for me. However i have been working each day from wednesday and am rostered on tomorrow and Saterday... (paranoia has become overworking) Also today i had a job interview.

Basicly it goes like every other job i've had in the last 2 years... aged care is such a facinating area of work. Basicly i ended up talking crap to the woman who interviewed me we were talking about the commonweath games for about half an hour which was entertaining to say the least. Lets just go with my opinions greatly differed to her own.

Now im tired and cranky plus its hot!

however lost WILL be showing this evening, thank god channel 7 have finally realised that cause the games are on doesnt mean everyone should show crap tv. Its like summer all over again!

Starting somewhere

Well then, been a while...

Theres something ovely satisfying about Blogging? really i enjoy bearing my soul to compleate strangers online!

seriously now.... I used to have an LJ way back when but i'v decided that a new leaf should be turned and therefore a fresh and new Blog.

First things first, Im am not amused by the Commonwealth games whoever said australia's only happy when there winning maybe on to something big. I cant belive the telicast "Australia won 6 gold in the Commonweath Games today (Insert half an hour of footage no one really gives a crap about) and in other news a terrible hurricane hit Queensland today... (2 minutes footage) now to the sport where in the commonwealth games....

The other thing that gets me is the way the city is 'adjusting' we have special 'Games traffic only' lanes in the city as well as public transport users being told to aviod 8-9.30am and 4.30-6.30pm trains so they dont interfear with the games commuters, pardon me? should everyone be intitled to two weeks off because of the games... according to the goverment....

hmmm, priorities much?

Though admitadly i would rather be here in melbourne than in most other places... home is home even if it currently filled with commonweath games crap... I mean comeon the Queen left within 24 hours of arriving, doesnt that tell you something?

Also the opening ceremony what the hell was that, some bad acid?
Flying trams, flying ballerinas, the boy and his duck? what the hell?

Im thinking that maybe some of the people at earthcore om the park that was on the Monday before may have had some input... thats the only way i can explane it?
